We are able to offer a wide range of treatments for vasular problems at the clinic. We have a specialist diode laser for treating facial thread veins, an IPL laser for removing the background redness of the skin and we can also offer Veinwave treatment for facial thread veins.

Diode Laser for Facial Thread Vein Removal

Facial thread veins are the thin red or purple veins that can appear on the nose and cheeks as we age. They can be treated effectively using a specialist diode laser and can typically be removed in 2-3 sessions.

Microsclerotherapy for removing unwanted leg veins

We also offer a specialist procedure called Microsclerotherapy at the clinic with our doctor, Dr Fiona Emerson. Microsclerotherapy is a new treatment which involves the injection of a chemical scleroscent into the tiny vessels through a very fine needle. The scleroscent irritates the lining of the vessels and causes them to collapse and disappear 2-3 weeks following treatment. This procedure is highly successful and we will typically be able to remove most of those unsightly spider veins within 2-3 sessions.
